E-scooters/modified E-bikes

Hi everyone,

Did you know that riding uninured e-scooters, modified e-bikes and similar vehicles on UK roads and pavements is illegal?

While these vehicles can be seen as low-risk, riders are often uninsured, unprotected, inexperienced and capable of causing serious harms.

High speeds, instability and poor visibility increase the risk of serious injures for both users and pedestrians.

Keep our roads and pavements safe, don’t ride illegally.
